The Analyst answers this by calling PRISM's severity ranking (ACAPS INFORM Severity) and response-plan coverage (OCHA FTS/HPC) tools, joining the results into a cited table — and ends with the exact queries it ran, so the answer is reproducible. No figure comes from the model itself; if the data can't support an answer, it says so.
